Note: On your day of arrival for this wildlife safari to Kidepo Valley national park, you will be received by our guide at Entebbe International Airport and be transferred to your overnight accommodation in Entebbe. Day 01: Air transfer northwards to Kidepo Valley National Park [Approx. 2^1/₂ hours]

Have leisurely breakfast at your overnight accommodation in Entebbe and later transfer for an afternoon domestic flight north of the country to Lomej Airstrip in Kidepo Valley National Park. The flight to this side of the country rewards visitors with pleasant and scenic aerial views of the Pearl of Africa. On arrival, you will be transferred to the lodge, check-in and head for a stunning game drive in this beautiful wilderness park.

Meal Plan: Half Board. Overnight: Apoka Game lodge (Premium) or Adere Safari lodge (Luxury) or Savanna lodge Kidepo (Midrange).

Day 02: Full day of activities in the park; cultural encounter and Morungole hike

Have an early breakfast, today you will explore the park diversity including a taste of the Karamojong culture. Leave the lodge with packed lunch boxes, take part in a morning game drive looking out for more game to add on your safari checklist. You later have a taste of the African culture when you visit Karamojong homesteads. Discover the treasures of this cultural group.

In the late afternoon if time allows, you go for a hiking adventure to the Morungole ranges-a sacred home of the mysterious Ike people; the summit command beautiful view of the park and Karamojong plains. Return to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 03: Game encounter around Apoka and Transfer back to Kajjansi.

Today after breakfast, go for an early game viewing expedition on a foot safari around Apoka for a close range encounter of the wildlife that congregates here. This presents you opportune moments to see Zebras, Reedbucks, Buffalos and Elephants among others.

Return to the lodge in the midmorning hours, checkout and transfer to Lomej airstrip for your afternoon (1500hours) flight back to Entebbe Airport for your flight back home. Meal Plan: Breakfast & Lunch. End of Safari
